Hunspell is state of the art spell checker for languages with complex word compounding and rich morphology. It is based on older MySpell standard and can also be used with original MySpell directories. Hunspell is the default spell checker for OpenOffice, Mozilla Thunderbird and Firefox, Google Chrome and the Apple MAC OS/X operating system since version 10.6. Support for virtually all languages (see Downloads section on more info how to get the dictionaries for languages not available on wm site).
