Been using RegSeeker since 1995; it's minimal, does a great job although a bit slow and the newest version is as stable as the one used years ago. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to delete nasty things from the Windows register and who knows something about the problems that misadventure can cause...
Letting it find in the background and using reg jumper to go directly to the requisite keys is quite worthwhile. Thus far however, can't find anything that can do more than a simple search...
