The typewriter sounds were accompanied by an annoying high-pitched bell sound that also sounded whenever the mouse was used. After uninstalling the program and rebooting the computer I was finally able to eliminate this. (Just uninstalling did not.) While the program was running, the backspace key was accompanied by an annoying bubble popping sound which I couldn't disable.

And even after disabling the program, the files Jingle Keyboard and TABCTL32.)CX remain in the folder. They will not delete nor will the folder. This is distressing.

All I wanted was for my keyboard to sound like a typewriter. This whole experience was very discouraging.
