Icon Plugin for PhotoShop 2.0 Michele (Jul 19, 2007)	Why put something like this up here, say it is free to download and then when you go to download it it comes up with errors and the file doesn't even exist. THIS SUX!! So much for Best Freeware Downloads. Where it says how many dowloads have been done it should say How many Downloads attempted and how many actual downloads completed, it would be ZERO. So I don't know where on earth the 5 star rating comes from...a bit of a joke really!
