It doesn't work. I have 1 m4a file that I need to convert which was recorded from my iPhone, and it just says "invalid extension or copyrighted". |

Poppycock Guys. I've been able to convert every song I've downloaded from iTunes. Maybe you need to disable DRM or something first. |

this kinda says it all .... you cannot click and drag folders into the program, only single files, or a grouping of files. once again, no directories are able to be copied directly into this program, rendering it pretty much useless for converting any itunes files. |
