I decided to test it on some dummy files first, and glad I did! Problems: file dates are not transfered. Empty folders are not transfered. Copy exact on Local=>Remote loads new files okay, and deletes files that no longer exist, but it ignores files that have been altered or updated. LocalRemote just overwrites the local files with the remote, even when the local files are the more recent. And it Really needs a help file to explain just what effect the passive and exact check boxes are expected to have. With all these problems, this program is not just useless, but downright dangerous! |
