The simplest way to create your own utilities is to write them in a high level language (like PHP or Python) and compile them to standalone EXE files. RapidEXE creates an executable for you that holds every necessary element your script may need to run, and transparently extracts them so that when your script wakes up to run, it finds everything in place.
