pmcyg 3.1 freeware
pmcyg is tool that will enable you to create customized collections of Cygwin packages. This application takes a user-supplied list of Cygwin package names, and downloads only them and their dependencies from a Cygwin mirror, for example to create a CD or DVD based offline installer.
