5.10.1 Build | Apr 19, 2013 | New Release | · Resolved the unknown error message in the win-def:process58_test. · Fixed a bug causing a crash when a deprecated definition was analyzed which didn't have any criteria. · Fixed error message display bugs in registry-related probes, which caused nonsensical error messages when RegCloseKey() failed. · Updated the unix-def:xinetd_test to support unbounded item entities (flags, no_access, and only_from). · Improved robustness in getting the signature_keyid entity in rpminfo_item's. It should no longer get "(not a blob)" for any rpm's. · Added support for the ipv6_address datatype. Ipv6 addresses aren't actually collected yet. · Changed the format of values of the language entity of win-def:file_item's. It used to be hard-coded; now, the VerLanguageName() function is used, which means the OS chooses the format. |
5.10.1 Build | Jan 4, 2013 | New Release | · Resolved the unknown error message in the win-def:process58_test. · Fixed the linked libraries in the linux makefile to include -lselinux, and not include -lpopt unless the RPM probes were being built. · Fixed a bug when collecting the has_extended_acl entity in the unix-def:file_test so that we are assigning a value of 'false' when a file does not have an ACL or it matches the standard UNIX permissions. · Added support for the scheduling_class entity in the unix-def:process_test and the unix-def:process58_test · Fixed a bug where we were outputting invalid OVAL Results when messages were included on tests. |
5.10.1 B3 | Oct 10, 2012 | New Release | · Updated results_to_html.xsl transform CSS styles, and to now group results by positive/negative implication of results. · Added support for additional datatype collection in the win-def:wmi57 probe, and fixed a bug that would cause errors when empty results were returned. · Fixed collection of the command_line entity in unix-def:process58_test and unix-def:process_test by removing trailing spaces. · Added a config file, the contents of which is used as the value of the schemaLocation attribute in XML instance documents. This relieves XML authors from having to remember to set it, and from errors and omissions in its value. If the file is readable, its value is used in place of the value in instance documents, if any. If the file is not readable, the attribute value in the instance document is used. · Added support for collecting the last login time of a Windows user in the win-def:user_test. · Added support for last write time in the win-def:registry_test. |
