jMP3 Tag Editor 1.2.3 freeware
A java application with a Swing GUI that allows to extract ID3v1 and ID3v2 mp3 tags from the filename of mp3 file or allows to rename the files using a specified pattern. The application embeds the function to resample the mp3 files using LAME MP3 Encoder. This function actually works only on Windows (tested on Win Vista/XP) and Linux (tested on Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10).
