From the title on this program -- Windows 64 bit HashMyFiles freeware -- I expected a 64-bit version of HashMyFiles, but what I got is a 32-bit version (according to Microsoft Process Explorer). I'm not sure if a 64-bit version would run much faster, but considering the run I just did took well over 24 hours to hash 426,955 files, even a few percentage faster would end up being several minutes faster. |
