The start-up idea for this program was, to simplify and ease the process of paying utility bills by phone - using kind of "smart-dialer" which can memorize and play back DTMF (Touch-Tone tm) sequences. During the development of this application it occurred to me that with a little added flexibility, range of potential uses for this gizmo could be much wider.
