HostsMan 4.8.106 freeware
HostsMan has a minimal interface that relies on three different options, disabling/enabling HOSTS, updating the file with online versions and editing it manually. The update process is probably what makes the whole app so special. You get the chance to download an online HOSTS file that includes lots of listings, thus doing the aforementioned tasks a lot easier.
