Color Desker is a Wallpaper Changer for Windows Desktops/Laptops/Netbooks! You may ask, Windows already has great Wallpaper Changer (especially Windows 7), why do you need another one? Answer in two words, “Dynamic Content”. And that’s exactly what motivated me to write Color Desker. This is one of the tools I initially wrote for myself but later decided to share it with you all as asked by a few friends.
