2024-10-02 | Oct 3, 2024 | New Release | Philips formats 100-125: further improvements/fixes for decoding non-latin characters Sony Bravia 7 (2024) sdb.xml: support to read it as a reference list (the TV will ignore any edits to this file) |
2024-10-01 | Oct 1, 2024 | New Release | Experimental support for Philips channel list format 125 (with automatic sync to MtkChannelList.xml) Based on first feedback, editing of the favorites list is working. Editing of main channel numbers hasn't been tested yet. Support for MtkChannelList.xml (which is part of several MediaTek based Google TVs, e.g. Philips formats 120 and 125) Editing this file on its own is unlikely to work on the TV, because it comes alongside other files. It can be used as a reference list input now. Philips formats 100-125: improved decoding of non-latin characters (turkish, cyrillic, ...) (This is a guesstimate, because there is way to reliably decide whether the hex byte sequence in the channel list is using UTF16, UTF8 with interleaved 0x00 bytes, locale specific encoding with interleaved 0x00 or big-endian UTF16 with interleaved 0x00. It can all happen within the same file) |
